Banca Sella employees can access the supplementary pension & welfare fund since 1999. Upon paying individual and company contributions, this provides a pension benefit scheme supplementing the INPS (the Italian National Social Security Institute) pension allowances.

In addition, every employee has an insurance policy against injury taken out for him/her. The coverage of this policy can be extended to dependent family members.

In 2006 too, Banca Sella gave its employees with dependent children the possibility to obtain a special benefit for pupils that were enrolled for second-level lower and higher education classes (Scuole Medie Inferiori e Superiori, namely Italian Lower and Higher Secondary Schools), provided that these pupils weren't repeating any years. The benefit also applied to university students being enrolled for the first year or one of the following years, provided they had passed all exams in the curriculum (less two) at the end of the 2003/2004 academic year.

In addition to the terms & conditions of the banking & financial products of the company being advantageous to its employees and their relatives, conventions with providers and suppliers of products & services of various sorts are maintained and multiplied to provide advantageous conditions for the Group employees.
